The 61 year history of the Iron Horse game had never seen one like this. The past 43 years of mediocrity only spotted with success have seemingly come to an end. For the first time since their championship run in 1966, the Ogden Tigers are 4-0, and have started so in impressive fashion. With 4A's top offense and the second best defense, the tigers are aiming to send a message. That message just happened to be conveyed through Ben Lomond on their home field, during their homecoming. With the largest margin of victory in the history of the game, the tigers cruised to a 56-0 victory on the Arm of Nik Allred, and the backs of a stingy Tiger Defense. The Tigers only allowed a single first down other than on penalties, and held the scots to under 50 yards of total offense. Allred had another stellar night, throwing 6 TD's and for 340 yards.
Region play begins next week, where the Tigers aim to continue to write their own History with a win over Logan. A team the tigers have not beaten in 25 years.
