Defense Dominates Day 1

The first two practices of football camp are in the books, and it was a day for defense. Never without a hiccup, but definitely solid for the first and second group defense. Compared to last season, a much more athletic and talented Linebacking core led the defense to a solid performance throughout the first two practices. The Offense's struggles stem from the complexities of the system, and the learning curve for first year players on the offensive line; though, Quarterback and Running back performance provided some excitement on that side of the ball.

As a team we are above and beyond where we were this time last year, yet still have tons of room to improve.
